Just because you do not want to understand something, that does NOT make it a "scam". Using inflammatory words like "red lights", "white collar", "at the helm" at "tipped off" does not make your empty and false statements any more credible. If you had a real company that ever hired a law firm before for any real business, you would know that this firm is very well within lawful, ethical and valid contractual boundaries.

Many very credible law firms, including Millbank-Tweed and Baker & McKenzie provide exactly the same documentary preparation work including banking compliance packages for projects and working on loan contracts, and they charge a lot more. They do NOT help provide any collateral nor facilitate with any lenders. Just because this firm offers to go further and do more, separately and on commission, does NOT make it any kind of fraud whatseover. You are seriously wrong.

The fact is your project is not yet bankable, and you do not have a documentary package that meets lending criteria. It will need to be worked on by somebody, and nobody will do it for free. If you go around falsely defaming everyone who offers to help you, then you will never have a fundable package and will never accomplish anything except receive a lawsuit for unlawful false defamation.

The FBI has no interest in helping greedy demanding threatening potential clients chase their pipe-dreams and demand expert help for free. We have regular contact with the FBI during the course of our own anti-fraud work, and they say that any such complaints can be viewed as a federal crime of extortion when in a certain context of demanding free services or avoiding payment, and a separate crime of false statements to authorities.

In this case you admit you are defaming to place pressure on the firm to get out of a billable invoice for preliminary services already provided to and received by you. That is criminal extortion. You will be lucky if the FBI doesn't turn your statements around and use them against you. Trying to complain to authorities and defame online because you are too cheap to pay a lawyer to advise you how not to behave like a criminal is very dangerous for you.

We have valid documents proving the legitimacy and legality of our services and the mechanisms used to implement them. You, on the other hand, do NOT have any passable documents proving that you have a real project, so perhaps you are the fraud.
