He didn't take too long - just a quick, cool shower to refresh him and do away with the feel of perspiration - and was soon re-joining her in the kitchen, pulling his 'beater over his head as he stepped through the doorway.   • She got down two plates and then went to go get them both drinks before she took it all to the table in the sunroom so they were surrounded by the light of the sun that was begining its downward decline into the horizon. "Thanks, told you I had worked on my cooking a bit." She grinned lightly before she settled at the table. "So, I was thinking of going out tonight, isn't that shocking?" She wasn't really the one to dress up or go out unless she was on assignment, under cover, or she was going out on a date or with her family. On her own was unusual.
