She had never really gotten into the gossip that fluttered around the agency - not really caring or wanting to get involved. "Maybe I will ask Sullivan when he calls me again." She let out a soft breath, watching his eyes - she couldn't help but notice the way that he looked at her, it sent a shot of heat throughout her body. She couldn't help the way her fingers kneaded a bit at his leg as she met his eyes.

He didn't really want to talk about it - when he thought about all the ways he had messed up in the past, and the ways he could potentionally mess up in the future, he started feeling inadequate, and that hurt his ego.. His voice had lowered a touch and his eyes dropped back to her hand - she was pushing the limits and he was pretty sure she meant nothing by the touch, but there was such an intense chemistry...
