people who live in Russia, China etc tend to treat their children different to most other countries, ie stricter, harder, training regimes for their children would be equal to some of our army training! this is normal for them but isnt acceptable in the UK. I dont think anybody in the UK would allow their child to leave school at an early age to train 24/7 in a sport and the government definately wouldnt allow it so therefore we stay as we are and things will stay the same.
