You aren't going to get anything positive out of Francesc'er. You'd be hard pressed to find anyone anywhere with a higher opinion of themselves. If HE does not pay attention to it, doesn't know EVERYTHING about it and is not the ultimate insider with all the big wigs, its dirt.

On the other hand how about working on being able to pronounce your own name!!!

But, the Stags do have an attendance problem. A renovated or new, on-campus 3-4,000 seat arena seems like the correct move to me.

Our attendance is not good, but I don't think it is nearly as bad as some make it out to be.

I live in the DC area and we've got two really good teams down here (not G'town and Maryland). I'm talking about the George's (Washington and Mason). Both are having great years, yet they simply don't draw.

Mason has 20,000 students, a 10,000 seat arena on campus, and they draw about 2,500 / game in spite of having strung together several good seasons.

GW is right in the heart of DC, a block from the Metro station, has a good number of students, and gets a comparable number for most games in its on-campus 5,000 seat arena.

Though I understand our lamentations regarding attendance, what is happening at Fairfield is not a unique occurrence.
