Stagophile, the university has the Quick Center for its cultural events. The capacity of the place is about seven hundred. I attend a number of events there each year and have yet to see a sellout in spite of the fact that the offerings are very, very good. The artists are very talented and come from all over the world. What I learned from this is that the town of Fairfield and its environs are not communities where culture and appreciation for the arts are priorities. So expecting to use a renovated Alumni Hall for concerts probably would not be practical.
