I don't know about the rest of the mess, but I'm thinking that Kevin doesn't call it rape because Todd didn't. He said, "I had sex with Margaret," obviously Kevin knows it was forced, but we're talking two very macho, strapping men... being raped isn't something either one of them can embrace, even on their worst enemy. I'd be interested to see if it has any effect, but when has anything had an effect? Not holding my breath, but it was rape, IMHO.
