The problem with Miami is that they've centered all the stories around Caruso and that ditz blonde. God, she makes me sick, can you say "Mary Jane"???? She's awful, maybe if she wasn't an expert on everything, maybe if she could act, maybe if Caruso didn't sound like a smart ass everytime he opened his mouth... The man GRATES on my nerves, in every way possible. Blech, there is no balance, and I really do find the two main characters about as repulsive as they could possibly be.
I love the Vegas incarnation, it rocks. They do of course, have their main characters, but I see a lot more interaction with all the characters. I'm one of those folks who think that chemistry is sort of relative, but man, the cast in the Vegas verions, has it in spades, IMHO. My fave is Marg Helgenbarger(sp?????). I loved her on China Beach too, she's just a wonderful actress and I've never seen her portray an unineresting character, I don't know that it's possible. Anyway, blame the writing and the casting for that Miami crap. I'll give the NYC CSI a chance, probably, if I'm home, I hope it's balanced like the Las Vegas version.
Oh yeah... Grissom is FINE. LOL, he's not really classically handsome, but there is something about him...
BTW, did you see the one about the people that dressed up like animals? LMFAO... WAY out of the box, but funny as hell.
