I think posters like SOC (the RH-godders) are just not used to the actor bashing - they've never had their guy bashed to the level it's been in the past year. RH was pretty much exempt from it for a very long time - the RH fans were very lucky. They got to roam board to board and always see the praising and the exceptions (i.e. "I'm not happy with Todd but I love RH and think the actor does a fine job, etc.") The bashing KdP/FL had been receiving at all those boards every so often probably bounced off their shoulders so to speak because the actresses weren't what they were invested in.

Personally, I used to feel a bit like SOC with regard to FL - the bashing used to bother me tremendously. Even the Tea bashing bothered me.

But then...I experienced a serious dropping off of my opinion of KdP AND Blair since "they" were suddenly up front and center and being shoved down my throat. I got to read comments in the press, I had to watch un-asked for singing, I had to see...blah, blah, blah...in full color. I saw flaws I never noticed before. Then suddenly, the FL and Tea bashing no longer bothered me. I understood what it was like to be on the other side, per se.

So, perhaps the RH-godders need to find an actor they positively loathe and start bashing away. I think they just need to let go of their worries and feel free to let loose of opinion. It's okay. We're all okay.
