Maybe MM and JG have had their creativity stagnated when it comes to Blair. Maybe they figure they don't have to work as hard for her stories as they do the rest. I don't know because they have obviously fallen right in line with what the previous, and previous and previous writers have done. Blair has been kept in the dark for a long time, but it seems to be a character flaw. She blocks out the obvious, usually because the truth is too painful for her to accept.

Her revenge scheme has no depth, but she's hitting Todd with the one thing that she can hit him with, his jealousy. It goes to his gut and through his bones.

BTW - Why doesn't Todd just put us all out of our misery, by simply telling Blair to cut the bullshit out, and saying that he knows that she knows who he is? Why did he react to Blair's Kevin moaning when he's already ackowledged that she is trying to pay him back?
