Subject: LOL......I really had this conversation!!!!

A couple of days ago I was talking on the phone with a friend and she was amused at what I was saying and in a constant fit of laughter. She told me that I should have become a professional comedian with my quick wit and sense of humour.

I mentioned that when I was a teenager I actually had that dream and my father gave me some advice on achieving my goal. He suggested that I practise my comic routine while in the shower. That is good advice and he gave similar advice to my sister when she aspired to be a singing star. He told her to practise in the shower.

My friend mentioned that this seemed to be pretty good advice. I said, "Yeah maybe for me and my sister but he gave the same advice to my brother when he told dad that his goal in life was to become an electrician."

She was laughing but annoyed. "Y'know I actually believed that you were being serious there for a minute. You really are an asshole!!" For the record, she said that with a chuckle in her voice.

That made my week and was enjoyed when I relayed the story to my dad and sister. Brother didn't think it was that funny though. But then again he is still recovering from his injuries. LMAO

Have a great rest of the weekend.

Hooter
