Sorry I have no time to translate it, and I probably couldn't translate the "spirit" of the poem anyway. Mike, do you know of an English equivalent?
No I don't and I couldn't google it either. But I'll take a shot at translating anyways.

Such little hands with such little fingers.
Cannot beat them or they break.

Such little feet with such little toes.
Cannot step on them, or they will not walk.

Such little ears so fine and acceptible
Cannot shout at them or they'll be deaf

Such cute mouths say out things aloud
Cannot be forbidden, nothing will come out.

Such clear eyes can see all that is around
Cannot cover them, they won't understand.

Such little souls, open and totally free
Cannot torment them, they will break apart.

Such a little backbone hardly can be seen
Cannot bend it without making it break.

Upright honest people are a wondrous goal
People without backbone there's too many already.

It doesn't keep the meter or the rhyme, but that's the content.
