對不起，濟記是人治的,至於有人說受影響者活該兼唔見有成千人遲到.我希望他明白只有少數人受影響不等於這種做法是對.容許我回憶一下當年23條事件,按閣下邏輯,即使立了法也只有個別小數"臭口組"中招啦,又為何7,1這麼多港人上街反對?
