 我很同意教學相長的道理，亦明白只把成績低落歸因於單方面是絕不公平的，故未來濟記在學業成績上能否有所突破，實有賴上上下下能否目標一致。

再者，濟記老師的教學表現或熱誠就算如部分同學所說有所不足，但整體來說仍是令人滿意的，硬要批評某些老師，就況如有老師堅持說某些同學的不是一樣，這是否理智及公平嗎？平心而論，在校內無心向學，教而不善，或擾亂課堂的比例，與有過失的老師數目相比，試問是哪個較大呢？

若談到家庭教育與學校教育的責任，那更是用上萬言字也未能說清的！！「父母要養家，未能抽時間照顧子女全面的教育！」這句話似乎很有理據。若家裡有四個孩子，父母與子女的比是1:2；在一所中學如濟記，六十位老師面對一千二百位學生，那個比卻是1:20。古語有云：「養不教，父之過；教不嚴，師之惰！」但憑這句已是審死官了！

最後，只希望各人都能做好自己本份，少點怨氣吧！
