濟記老師不是不好,而是很多也不務正業. 只懂搞課外活動而不十分重視學生學業.這是問題所在

沒錯, 老師的其中一個責任是控制上堂秩序, 有一些老師希望上堂時與同學關係好一點, 和同學建立良好關係, 令同學於有問題時願意請教老師, 他們有錯嗎? 學生自己上堂不聽書, 大吵大鬧, 到頭來卻怪老師不好好控制上堂秩序, 的確有點不負責任. 在小弟眼中成績低落的主因在學生, 老師則為次.
如我先前所提, 濟記的確有教學方式有問題的老師, 但只屬少數, 總不會所有教學方式有問題的老師都教自己吧, 共會考只計最好的6科成績, 差的2科不計, 為何仍有那麼多人得分太低? 老師的責任真的是低分的主因嗎?

咁問你一句..近幾年
ce/al 考的班.加起來不只20.
如你所說.那麼多人得分太低就是上堂不聽書, 大吵大鬧
難道在這幾年幾十班中沒有人班是乖的嗎?

照常理言.你話學生不聽書, 大吵大鬧就低分.
我敢說果幾十班中,仲有一班會聽書吧.會留心
特別在 F.6-7 class.總會有好多人留心吧.
但近幾年有無邊班係真係成績因而凸出?

總是沒有吧.
而是一年比一年差.
難道學生一年比一年壞?
早年 F.5 他們上堂鋤Ｄｅｅ．打機．咩都有．
但他們比起　ｅ一二年成績更好．
這不是推番你說的學生唔好= 成績差之論說嗎

I want to ask if a group of primary students are very crowd, will the teacher ignore it? It is the same reason here!
Students are not mature is resonable because we are not GROWN UP but leading them to the right track is teacher's responsibility! There are many teachers who can maintain a well relationship with students and control the discipline in the class at the same time like Mr.Chow and Mr.Ching.

Actually, I will say most teachers in sfxc are outdated and lost their enthusiasm already.
