O ICQ possui um sistema de chat no qual você vê na tela o que a pessoa está escrevendo, é bem interessante. Eu mesma já utilizei esse chat, e conversava com pessoas do mundo todo. Hoje em dia não tenho mais muita paciência para conversar através de chat. No site www.paltalk.com, vc consegue baixar um programa de voz sem custo. É só fazer uma busca na internet que você achará vários.
