é realmente encorajador partilhar da sua experiência e ver como, atitudes vistas como pequenas por nós, já fazem uma diferença no comportamento dos alunos. Realmente, é fato provado por teoria e prática que os alunos se sentem muito mais responsáveis e compelidos a "cumprir" com suas tarefas quando foram envolvidos nos processos de decisões. Sentem-se participantes, e não meros expectadores e receptores de ordens.
