Limos recentemente um texto de Littlewood que fala sobre autonomia 'the term may refer to a capacity for thinking and acting independently that may occur in any kind of situation.' ele ainda indica ability and willingness como os dois componentes principais da autonomia. Acredito que Littlewood seja o autor a que você se refere.
