I can imagine how sad it is to see your pet suffer from something you unknowingly gave him. I remember back in 1987 or so when my kitty kept escaping to the great outdoors and coming home with fleas. I sprayed him with Hartz Mountain Blockade (which was subsequently recalled) and almost killed him. I'm thankful he recovered. Lynx, I hope we hear good news soon about your mom's cat.
