This is great, EJ. You're right about the pork steaks not being readily available around here. (And honestly, I'm not a big fan of pork since I was scarred as a child with pork chops cooked to deadness -- I'm slowly recovering.) Well, except for bacon. BLTs rule.

The thing about trying BBQ sauces is that if you find out you're not wild about the one you bought (and you pretty much know right away), you're still left with the rest of the bottle. Not that you can't just dump it and try the next, but it's so annoying. Like the Perfect Mustard Search I finally finished (with Mailé) there should be BBQ sauce tasting events.
