Subject: SNL & a Hillary question

I don't want to spark a political debate here, so please don't misinterpet my intentions. I just want a Democrat's point of view.

First off, WHO chooses the moderators and the topics/questions for a presidential debate? Holy crow. I almost hate sitting down to watch because I find many of the questions ridiculous. Often it seems like they are trying desperately to start a fight. What IS that? And why can't they just answer the damned question? I don't just mean this last one... I'm talking ALL of the ones I've seen.

We watched the debate between Hillary and Obama the other night. I was amused that she admonished Obama for plagiarizing a part of his speech... seems a bit third grade to me. I was almost embarrassed for her. Granted, most campaigns get third gradish, not just hers. I find that very annoying. I did, however, like the way she ended the debate. I thought it was well stated. Obama seems like a cool customer. Hillary has oodles of skeletons in her closet he could be bringing out and I wonder if he is honestly taking the high road or if he is just supremely confident that he doesn't need to. Either way, I like that he hasn't.

Today my hubby told me that John Edwards actually used that exact same spchiel, the one Hillary used in the last debate, about 6 weeks ago. Hahaha If so, she's got quite the set on her I tell you what. LOL

OK My question is: Most Democrats seem to have loved Hillary at one point or another. Has your opinion of Hillary Clinton changed recently and does she seem rather out of control to you? Sometimes I half expect her to break out into a Linda Blair/split pea soup scene. She seems very easily rattled, which is an opinion I never used to have of her.

OK on to Saturday Night Live. Did any of you see it tonight? It was great. They spoofed the last debate, Mike Huckabee was on and spoofed himself, and Tina Fey outright asked people to vote for "the bitch"(her words)... "BITCH IS THE NEW BLACK". LOL I don't always watch SNL, but I was glad I did tonight. Carrie Underwood was a plus, too.
