Do you think for a minute I didn't try other things? Do you think I just decided, heck, I feel kind of down how about some drugs? I was suicidal. If I didn't do something I'd have been dead. Thankfully, I was smart enough to recognize that I had serious problems and since I was already seeing a therapist, she got me on medication and probably saved my life. I tried all the other things, for years, with no long term lasting results. I took St. John's wort, I exercised, I meditated. I didn't get better. When I started taking Wellbutrin it was like a light came on somewhere in my head. As an adult, I've never felt this good. Maybe it didn't work for you but it did work for me and for many other people. Don't dismiss our experience.
