Just to give you all an update, I did a little research today. I ended up finding the parent company to Partylite which had a compliance hotline. Even though it's more for employees to anonymously report questionable acts, they still took my complaint and will be starting an investigation.

I also spoke with the secretary of the president of the company, as well as a customer service supervisor. So I've actually received a few call backs today, and people are starting to get off their asses.

My friend is sick of dealing with them, and is willing to eat the $125. I told her if she eats the charge someone else will have the same problem. I'm not going to sit by idly while a company that does over a billion dollars every year walks on the little guy. Supposedly this whole thing will be resolved within 5 business days so I'll let you guys know the outcome.
