Thanks for the clarification of how you saw the pricing and what it would mean to you -- I can see how you'd get to that conclusion. I *wish* I could've shown you the site during pre-launch because we had beta testers available aside from the focus groups and usability testing and that would've been a great question to pose to them. Of course, they'd been introduced to the site purpose already so they wouldn't necessarily think in the same way as a true "cold" visitor. Thanks!

We're definitely working on educating consumers on how to use the site and it's still early days. I'll be using your observations to see how we can alleviate that concern.

We've already targeted our next metro areas and begun talks with local providers about bundling products and services. CA isn't on the short list, but Moon-Sammy might have some thoughts on the site at the end of the year. :)
