I may have asked you this already, but I saw a slew of local school buses the other day and I got annoyed all over again and had to ask. And I ask you because you all enjoy proper grammar as much as I!

The school district slogan is: DEDICATED TO BE THE BEST

That just does not sound right to me. My thought is that it should read: Dedicated to being the best.

What do you think?
