In our society, no, you wouldn't have the right to kill me. The question doesn't state anything about rights though.

Change the story to Trys orders his gateman to kill Jennn if she sticks her tongue out at Trys. I stick my tongue out, and the gateman kills me. Who is most responsible for the death? The gateman did the killing he is MOST responsible. Trys ordered it, Jennn overstepped her boundaries and provoked it. It's not asking who would be the most prosecutable in our society today.

I'm just answering the question. I'm not reading into it. When you add in things from our society today you can twist the fault by who would be held more responsible in a court of law, but the story doesn't state any laws. By putting things in that aren't there you can come up with a number of different things. Everything that is not stated is an assumption on the part of the reader. Different people assume different things so that's why you would have varying answers if you drift away from what's given.
