Yes and yes. I would sue and win millions plus the promotion while my boss was fired.

Now the reverse. My black boss says the same thing to his black co-worker while giving him the thumbs up, then promotes a less qualified black applicant rather than me. What are my options now? Complain and get fired for being a racist?
