This is a clickable link that will tell you what percentage of bridges in each state are structurally unsound or functionally obsolete. Minnesota is actually one of the better states, with about 12%, as is Arizona with about 10%. Gets scary when you start clicking on Pennsylvania, New York, and many of the others.

An article I read this morning said that it would take $375 billion to fix all the bridges that need it.
