Most times people can tell how you feel about them by your actions so you don't have to feel too bad if you didn't tell them :) I know it's hard to not feel bad about it, but I'm sure he knew you admired him since you kept him as your right hand man for so long. Actions speak louder than words... sorry to add a cliche, but it's so true.

Mod, I'm 100% sure you've been a very positive part of each of our lives as well :)
