What you do in a game shouldn't cause you grief in real life, unless you make a strategic mistake that you could or should have foreseen.

Integrity is a word that shouldn't even be associated with this game. It's Outwit, Outplay, Outlast. However you do that, without resorting to physical violence or breaking any rules of the game, are nothing to be ashamed of.
