Yeah, I think this one may set a new record for overkill. I've always been against people suing drinking establishments for the fact that someone got drunk there (duh), but the notion that he was "involuntarily" drunk is beyond the pale. Nobody gets involuntarily drunk. And to sue the tow truck driver and the person he was assisting? Gah. Why don't they sue the highway department for putting a road there? Why not sue the cell phone provider for forcing him to use his phone while driving drunk? I guess a lot of people really believe that money makes everything better. Dolts.
