I've always been against the idea of suing drinking establishments too. There's always a point when you're still sober and you make a conscious decision to consume whichever drink puts you over the edge and makes you too drunk to think clearly.

And this BS about drunkenness being some sort of insanity defense for murder and other crimes needs to stop too.
