Well, first of all I'd have been holding my child's hand in Union Station. If I saw him slip under the rope I'd have yelled at him to stop. If he didn't stop I'd have gone in there and yanked his arm out of its socket, then apologized profusely to Mr. Monk.

Also, how old is this kid? 2? 3? 12? That to me sounds like an innocent enough thing for a kid to do. I mean really... a pile of colored sand? How enticing! He was probably completely unaware he was destroying something.

If he'd gotten hurt whilst ruining the sand creation, though, I'd call Mr. Hancock's lawyer and sue the monks, Union Station, and God (for creating sand in the first place). Muhahaha
