建議長毛呼籲各界參與2004十一酒會場館外示威
________________________________________________________

目的
1.「量化」十一酒會場館外示威人數，顯現人民力量。

2.「質化」是次示威，顯示人民有權合法地、和平地以示威或遊行表達訴求。

3. 請警方(執法人員)，依法辦事，不可濫用警權，找借口打壓人民聲音。(以前警方常「人多蝦人少」，若今次人多勢眾，相信他們不敢胡來！)

4. 請警方不要雙重標準，強硬阻遏和平示威，卻縱容維園阿伯暴力恐嚇。(仲成日出什麼「..市民不可視而不見、聽而下聞...」之廣告提倡警民合作，卻其身不正，真反感！)

5. 若警方要求示威人士在升旗儀式的過程及前後禁止使用揚聲器，或強行沒收，就讓他們見識什麼是「聲勢浩大」罷！那怕他們又使出交響樂這一招呢！

4.自備示威用品：標語、樂器、揚聲器等
5.自備DC/DV，若警方不合法使用暴力，可拍下其惡行，或告上法庭
