「擁護由香港人民制定之基本法...」
因為長毛的政綱有「修改基本法，由一人一票選舉的民意代表組成制憲大會，實現港人的社會、經濟、政治權力。」，另一方面可以詭辯「基本法不是由香港人民制定的嗎？」(雖然好似好低裝)。
