梁國雄和曾健成雖以相近的「圖騰」誓師參選，一位以「腳踢老董」為標榜，一位以「牛撞老董」為掛帥，兩人同樣旗幟鮮明，但結果迴異，一得一失，一位以六萬多高票當選，堂堂正正進入常被驅趕的議事堂，一位卻只得寥寥五千多票黯然落敗。
「撐牛倒董」和「撐長毛撐自己」，同樣是「撐」，但長毛的「撐」來得出色積極，我們苦戰經年，那有餘力再「撐」別人，但自己卻不可不「撐」，宣傳上已勝了一仗。
健成兄長期賣力在那遙遠的釣魚島主權上，釣魚島是不是釣魚勝地？是不是渡假天堂？不知他是否忘記我們是喜歡外遊一族！
國雄兄卻長期賣力於本土事務，甚至因此而數次進牢，娛樂界陳兄、古兄不也曾是籠中鳥，我們善忘與包容的心，給了他勝利的契機。
在論壇上，國雄兄常狹文人雅士之風範，以我國超凡的文化餘粹及西方革命精神，盡傾水滸、魯迅及切‧古華拉，盡吸老牌公共屋邨老老少少的票，不必仰賴配給制度，不必提供荔枝及蛇宴服務，而健成兄，果真不浪得虛名，牛性仍在，在此消彼長的演譯下，圖騰雖近似，結果卻差天共地。
這就是我們可愛可敬之處。
