23條中最令大眾擔心是以言入罪,即是講下都有罪,而民主黨最得群眾支持是李柱銘所言,'我不同意你的意見,但誓死保護你的言論自由.'
而敢言者如長毛你,現在身為議員了,你的言論自由變成了香港的一個特式,但是維園的群眾號稱維園亞伯,因為你的身分,而言論自由立刻受到限制.言論空間立刻收窄,因為,你會用議員的身分,尋求警方協助去拘捕用言論去辱罵你的人.
公平,因為你的身分變成不公平.群眾的聲音,聽不入耳,偏聽,現在是感同身受吧.
群眾投你一票,希望你能為他們守衛基層的利益,而基層的言論,市井的對話,你不會因為變成議員而陌生吧.這一些也是群眾需要議員守衛的事情.
而維園亞伯,他們都可以有個人政治立場的自由,不同於你,是否不可接受.這就是所謂接納不同聲音.而是你一直爭取的事情.
