It's meaningless to toast for the Hong Kong cadres! Not to mention the impotent old Tung.

And I should remind you that at the beginning of the legco session, you should give out the 29 mini-coffins which can be brought from Lau Chou (�h�{) to those in-coming legco members as a present which was stated by the priest who said that Hong Kong political situation was just like the coffin.
