請問誰負責代長毛接收電郵？收到後多少天才轉交長毛？

我已經四日三封電郵，一封也沒回音，若然長毛需要休息未有空看，我絕不會怪他，但代收者至少回函通知一聲 "已收到並轉交長毛跟進中，Ｘ天後回覆" 總可以吧！

現在電郵送達沒有、是否跟進中？統統不知道！這樣的安排和效率，仿如散兵游勇、亳無管理似的；光浪費時間顧著謝票、訪問、慶功這些無助紓解民困的門面功夫，如果是婦孺老弱等著長毛救命就死得啦！服務業這樣待客還不趕客？

莫非我選錯了嗎？別這樣快令我後悔投長毛一票好不好？
