梁國雄與維園論壇長者口角後報案

候任立法會議員梁國雄表示, 若中央邀請全體立法會議員前往北京, 他亦會應邀, 但
強調不會改變本身的政綱及理念. 他在維園出席一個論壇後, 一度與場外幾名長者口
角, 要由警員將他們分開. 論壇主辦單位及警方先後提出用車送梁國雄離開, 但他拒
絕 , 堅持步行離去, 隨即到北角警署報案, 投訴受到滋擾及警方執法不公平.
