長毛做議員之後……

長毛做了議員之後，成為年輕人偶像，第一個受到衝擊的行業是港九理髮業。因為年輕人爭相留長頭髮，沒有人剪髮，生意額銳減五成。

長頭髮受歡迎，帶挈王家衛的舊作《東邪西毒》重映，長毛迷參考梁朝偉和梁家輝點樣披頭散髮得咁有型，不過，他們最後決定，留長髮最有型的，只有一人，便是貞子。

由於，長毛聲言在立法會狙擊董建華的八月十五，不！是農曆八月十五日，準時狙擊董建華，令特首辦急謀對策。

他們考慮董特首作施政報告時，面前除了裝一部提場字幕機外，再添一塊防彈玻璃，抵擋長毛失驚無神射來的超級無敵飛拖鞋！

如果，不飛一兩次拖鞋擲中董建華，實在對不起投過他票的選民。

特首辦發言打算讓董建華學補習天王史sir，改用錄映帶上堂，現正尋求法律意見，既然法庭可接受錄映帶作供，為何不能接受董特首一年一次的錄映帶施政報告。

當然，錄映帶作供，多數是保護強姦案受害人或弱智人士，董建華可以任擇其一身分。

最後，他們想到最聰明的辦法，便是邀請董太出席，只要董太坐在旁邊，她成為攻擊目標，轉移長毛的注意力。

軍事專家估計，董建華逃得過宣讀施政報告，也逃不過一年一度的立法會答問大會，逃到初一，也逃不過十五。逃得過長毛，也逃不過大班。

由於新一屆立法會開會過程，會情激烈，內容過分豐富，香港電台申請延長《議事論事》節目播放時間為三小時。
