選舉事務處：

　　據無線電視台於二零零四年九月十二日的午間新聞報導，有人於新界部份村落 (例如元朗八鄉) 以貼有候選人廣告的私家車接載市民投票，明顯違反選舉條例。車上的人仕當意識到有記者拍攝，就立刻除去廣告，明顯是早有計劃地違反選舉條例。此外，依據該新聞中的投票人所述，車上人仕除了展示廣告外，更指導選民投票給某位選民，嚴重挑戰選舉制度。本人對以上行為深感憤怒，期望貴處能對有關候選人作出處份及公開事件之調查經過及真相，以讓全港選民清楚有關候選人的違規行為。

　　再者，此類事件並非首次發生，幾乎每次區議會及立法會選舉均在各傳媒出現類似報導，令本人懷疑是否有人一直無視選舉規則，及質疑選舉事務處是否一直容忍此類違規行為。本人認為選舉事務處為了表明其處事公正、切實執法的立場，必需對此事件公開、公正的處理，並嚴懲有關人仕，以收殺一儆百之效，避免來屆選舉再出現此類情況。

P.S. 老實說，本人為新界東選民，並真的投了長毛一票。這是因為我相信長毛比其他政客更有堅定不移的立場，更有「說得出做得到」的精神。無理其他組別的政綱寫得怎樣漂亮，都不如長毛一般有多年「說得出做得到」的誠信。
