It seemed his mate not only had the ability to manipulate water, but that she was canny enough to do it well. He preened at that, the scales on his throat and chest standing up slightly with pride. He watched her take off, gaze following her as he moved to stand beside the wet brothers, blowing a soft stream of fire to heat them and dry them. His eyes were still alight with amusement and pride, though, and once the men were dried he set to work speaking with them.) She didna do a bit of physical magyck.. twas all telepathy. She merely thought of what she wanted it to do and the bluidy droplets complied wi'out a bit of complaint. (He looked thoughtful, canting his head like a great dog.) Ye ken, my nephew Arric might have taught her a thing or two, he's a water dragon, ken. She's a right fine mimic, learnt how to fly like that from watching my brathair take off from standing start. He looked up as she blew his fire and felt the answer call within him.. it was a mental link between them.. should she use his fire he would know - for if she needed his defense he would be there in a moments time.) Learnt to blow fire by watching me heat dinner one nice. (He said, absently, as thought was dawning on him. Teaching her to control her talents would be as easy as performing the task before her.. so long as someone on grounds was capable. But this talent she had for blowing things up.. wel, he didn't know a single dragon capable of that.) Do ye ken, she disintegrated a couple of men that attacked her and Evie the other day? (He looked down at Cin.) She doesna ken how she did it.. and bluidy hell if I ken how to figure out that. (He sighed, then conjured a ball of flame that he threw into the air towards his mate, not to hurt her, but for her to play with.)
