(She grinned as Bree took up her sentence and went into a state of frenzied retort. It never ceased to amaze her how passionate the girl got about the topic of pregnancy, it was sort of entertaining to get her going and watch her spew on and on about gaining weight and birthing eggs and how it was dane's fault.) Well, at least it was mindblowing. If the sex had been simply ok, then it would suck that you had to go through this for sure. (She laughed when Bree rolled her eyes, trying her best to ease the girls mind about laying eggs and raising little baby dragons.) Look at it this way.. If they drive you crazy you can always threaten to eat them.. and mean it. (Her head cocked to the side, waves of dark hair shifting to curl around her arm. Her gaze swung over Bree and she shrugged.) You can't really tell all that much yet.. and it's not like a female dragon really has to worry about her figure all that much, right? And.. well, those areas on a dragon are much larger than a humans.. just thank the lord that you are not laying the eggs in human form. (She popped the rest of the muffin into her mouth and chewed happily on it, looking very much like Dane when he ate one of his cows - indulgent. She shifted to lay out on the chair, her legs hanging over one arm and her head resting on the other.) At least Dane is excited about having kids.. sometimes I wonder if Durgan is asexual. (She laughed as those words sank into her mind, looking over at Bree with a little roll of her eyes. She and Durgan had yet to consumate their courtship, and though she was neither pushing him or needing him to do so, it was still a little odd in her mind. The men she knew in America would have been all over her a long time before.. but Durgan, he was different. She knew about his nervousness and knew that he wasn't ready, and never said a word about it because she respected his decision. Still, it was going on a month since she had arrived at Lallybroch.. and she was starting to wonder how long it would take him to become ready.)
