Subject: December Nuisance Wildlife Solution Tip Of The Month

If you live in an area where there is snowfall this time of year, keep an eye out for animal tracks on the roof. If you do happen to see tracks, especially if there are several sets of tracks leading to one spot on the roof, you can be almost certain an animal has gained entrance into the attic. Pay close attention to tracks near gutters, roof vents, attic fans, and areas where soffits and shingles meet on multi level roofs.

If any signs of wildlife intrusion are present, contact a Licensed Nuisance Wildlife Control Technician ASAP as animals are preparing to mate and have offspring very soon. The sooner the animal(s) are removed, the less damage is caused and the less you will spend on the removal.

Good Luck,
