Subject: Mouse in the wall?

For the last three nights (starting about 11), my wife and I hear a REALLY annoying scratching/chewing noise from the same location in one of our interior bedroom walls. We think its a mouse, though we havent seen any other indications. Since it's in the same spot, and INSIDE a wall, how in the heck would we go about getting it out?!?
