One of my good friends has an all original "bought brand new" one owner 1972 292 Elan SS and he said he was told they only made 7 of them? I am new to this hobby but I am pretty sure it is a dime a dozen sled, anyone have any information on them? Is this a rear sled? serial number is 00144. I have pictures as well. It is about an 8 out of 10 condition, what is it worth?
