The vin number on the frame us usually under the engine mount on the clutch side, and you would have to remove to engine to get to it. On 1963 a lot of frame didn't have any marking just the marking on the cab. Starting at the end of 63 they started putting the vin on the frame under the engine mount clutch side, in 65 they switch to the crank side.
