Date Posted: 17:49:23 02/04/11 Fri yamaha srv 540 ,when idle it runs great cold, when warm it is shooting a flame up in the hose going from the bottom end to the fuel pump and backfiring.then you have to keep the choke on to get back home. got all new hoses,gaskets, seals,swithed cdi boxes,cleaned carb, checked reeds,and made sure keyway wasnt sheared. the line from fuel pump to carb goes low and is getting bubbles but dont know if that is a different issue.got spark to both cylinders.can anyone please help!
