I know it can FEEL that way but you need to try to calm yourself and not get so upset...I know, I know...easier said than done. Took me a good 25 years to figure that one out myself. But don't panic...know you're not alone (you know that - otherwise you wouldn't come here and tell us) but if there is something we could do - or I could do to help you feel less helpless in these times, just ask...let me know. I've learned some great tools to help ease those stressful times when I feel helpless and hopeless. It really is not the end of the world. Take care, sweetie.
